Hi, I’m Melanie Yoshida! At 60 years young, I bring decades of passion and experience as a Certified Personal Trainer, Licensed Massage Therapist, Licensed Esthetician, and Group Exercise Instructor. I’m also currently pursuing my Registered Dietitian credentials to deepen my ability to help others.
Wellness isn’t one-size-fits-all, and I take a personalized approach to ensure my clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. If you’re frustrated with wellness programs that treat you like an income stream rather than a person with unique goals and challenges, I’m here to change that.
I don’t believe in quick fixes, gimmicks, or the “no pain, no gain” mentality. My mission is to support your wellness journey for decades—whether that’s staying strong through life transitions like pregnancy or menopause, recovering from injuries or surgeries, or achieving goals like completing your first marathon.
I also collaborate closely with a Licensed Physical Therapist, who accepts insurance, to provide a comprehensive, client-focused approach to care when additional support is needed.

With our integrated approach, there’s no need to visit multiple locations.
Basic spa facials starting at $100. With add-ons, such as microdermabrasion, chemical peels, oxygen treatments and LED lights starting at $20. Ala-carte pricing available upon request.
Sports and movement (done clothed) $80
Group Training $35/hr.
Personal Training $90/hr.
Buddy and 30 minute sessions are $45
